These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the refutu mobile application and web application (“the Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

refutu is a planning and collaboration tool designed to help individuals and teams define goals, organize actions, and manage tasks.
We may update, change, or improve the Service over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
By using refutu, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • You may not share accounts between users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans, Workspaces & Collaboration

  • Users may create plans and invite others to collaborate

  • Plan owners are responsible for managing access and permissions

  • Billing may change when users are added or removed from a plan

  • Each user may also create and manage their own workspace

You are responsible for the content you create or share in refutu.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in refutu.
By using the Service, you grant refutu a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Is illegal, abusive, or harmful

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights

  • Disrupts or harms the Service or other users

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Service

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

We may restrict or terminate access if these rules are violated.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of refutu may require a paid subscription.

  • Prices are shown before purchase

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • Payments are handled by third-party payment providers

  • Refunds follow the rules of the platform (App Store / Google Play / payment provider)

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Required by law

  • Necessary to protect the Service or other users

9. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Error-free operation

  • Specific outcomes or results

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, refutu shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of profits or business

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold refutu harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your content

  • Your violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.
